Ring-Seal modular sealRnverified radon barrier

Ring-Seal modular seal for building entries, wall penetrations, and cable penetrations

Modular ring seals can be used when penetrating supply and disposal lines through building walls, ceilings, or floors. There are different ways to seal the annular space between pipe and core-drilled hole, PQZ wall sleeve, cable conduit, or wall collar pressure-tight. We offer compact pipe seals as well as modular ring seals or permanently sealing pipes and cables. The ring seal is composed of single modules, which are determined by using a selection software. The ideal module is chosen from 16 different module sizes, depending on the size of the annular space. Based on the selected module, the ring seal is then assembled in our plant in the shape of a link chain. There is a variety of materials for different applications and pressure levels like pressing and non-pressing water (pressure plates consisting of polyamide, elastomers, connecting parts made of galvanized or stainless steel).  EPDM standard rubber is highly resistant to many common fluids; nitrile rubber is resistant to oils, fats, fuels and many types of solvents. We offer an annular seal especially made for the use in pipelines carrying drinking water and complying with the KTW guideline*. All our annular seals and pipe penetrations are also suitable for subsequent installation.

* safety requirements for plastics and silicones that come into contact with drinking water, issued by the German Environment Agency
