Foundation of DDL GmbH by Uli Lutz, CEO/shareholder.
25 sq. m office space and 40 sq. m storage space in Ebersbach a.d. Fils (Roßwälden).

External assembly of the main product group modular ring seals in Neuburg/Donau.

2006160 sq. m of additional storage space in Zell u.A.
2007Relocation of modular ring seal assembly from Neuburg to company premises in Zell u.A.
2008Establishment of a second main product group – first steps in the production of compact seal inserts with a manual table rubber blank cutting machine.
External steel part production with laser technology.
2009

Construction and building of a simple electrical rubber blank cutting machine.

Establishment of an in-house construction function for rubber and steel parts.

2010

Start of polyurethane processing for hybrid seal inserts with a simple mixing and metering device developed and built in-house.

Acquisition of a rubber blank cutting machine J.Peters/P 2000 II.

2011

Relocation to Wernau a. N. – 70 sq. m office space and 500 sq. m production, assembly and storage space.

Acquisition of a fully automatic polyurethane mixing and metering machine DEKUMED/100.

2012

Acquisition of a CNC water jet cutting unit STM/1020 with 4,000 bar working pressure for rubber cut (pure water) and steel cut (abrasive).
Insourcing of the steel part production.

Shipping changeover to UPS software with server connection and barcode function.

2013

Relocation to neighboring buildings – 150 sq. m office space and 1050 sq. m production, assembly and storage space.

Acquisition of a second fully automatic polyurethane mixing and metering machine DEKUMED/100.

Change of internet software and complete revision/redesign of web presence.

2014

Acquisition of a second CNC water jet cutting unit STM/1515 with 4,000 bar working pressure with pure water operation for rubber cut.

Establishment of a new main product group: cable penetrations with system cover technology.

2015Acquisition of a third fully automatic polyurethane mixing and metering machine DEKUMED/100.
2016Acquisition of a third CNC water jet cutting unit STM/1015 with 3,800 bar working pressure with abrasive operation for steel cut.
2017Storage structure changeover to high racks.
2018

Acquisition of a CNC solid body laser cutting machine ZINSER/1225 with 4 KW for steel cut with 7-fold cutting speed compared to water jet abrasive.

Changeover of all CNC water jet units to pure water rubber cut.

First step into the future with production “industry 4.0” – central programming/control for all four CNC units and ghost shift production.
